How to read your results

Cost per lead is what you pay, on average, for each call or form fill. It's the number most worth watching month to month.

Cost per new customer is what it costs to win one paying customer. If it's close to what a customer is worth, the ads are barely paying for themselves.

Return on ad spend is how many dollars of revenue come back for each dollar spent on ads. It doesn't include your other costs, like labor and materials, so judge it against your margins.

Cost per lead usually comes down by cutting wasted clicks, fixing tracking so Google optimizes for real leads, and sending people to pages that match what they searched. That's what the free audit looks for.
